Since ICC acquired FMT in 2013, we have made several key infrastructure improvements to increase the value and integrity of our service for all commercial VoIP customers. The ultimate goal is to deliver the best possible customer experience. With the trend of network infrastructure sharing the ever- increasing demands of both voice and data, we identified the need for a trusted partner that can analyze our customer’s networks in their entirety. It was important for us to a find a trusted partner with the expertise to address our customer’s evolving needs for IT infrastructure services and products when it is needed, and INS was the clear choice.
INS is headquartered by the Pyramids on the Northwest side of Indianapolis, and they provide IT infrastructure services, support, and related products to almost 150 clients in over 15 states and 2 countries. They are entering their 10th year in business and they share our same philosophy of providing the highest level of customer service and conducting business with integrity. In the several months leading to this agreement, it became quite apparent to us that the loyalty of their customers and quality staff was a direct reflection of that “philosophy” being a “reality”.
